Taking a PB-08 vehicle out of Punjab

A vehicle moving permanently to another state generally needs a No Objection Certificate from the authority where it is registered. BH-series vehicles are exempt. Arrange it before the vehicle is dispatched and confirm the steps on the Parivahan portal. This is done by the owner, not the transporter.
